A control panel 1 is provided with an abnormality detection circuit 3-i placed for responding to abnormal cause, detecting anomaly generation for every anomaly cause and respectively outputting abnormality detection signals for every abnormal cause at the abnormality generation for a prescribed time, a first OR gate 4-1 making logical sum of the output signal of each abnormality detection circuit 3-i and outputting the results, and a second OR gate 4-2 taking in the input signal and making logical sum of the output signal of each abnormality detection circuit 3-i and outputting the results. A monitor panel 2 is arranged in a position apart from the control panel 1. The monitor panel 2 is provided with a flip-flop 6 taking in the output signal of the first OR gate 4-1 and outputting anomaly generation alarm signal to alarm generation output means 7 and 8 when this output signal is in the state indicating anomaly generation, and a state alarm means 9 taking in the output signal of the second OR gate 4-2 and outputting anomaly generation when this output signal is in the state indicating anomaly generation.
