Abstract:
To provide an alarm system utilizing a wireless network.
This system 120 which is used on a network 100 is provided with a local transceiver 122 for establishing the wireless link of a limited band width between a wireless central monitoring station inside the wireless network in response to a received stimulus and a local controller 124 connected to the transceiver for receiving a command from the wireless central monitoring station through the wireless link so as to perform two-way communications with the transceiver.
