Abstract:
To provide an alarm system and alarm device that enable users to easily set a language of an alarm voice to a proper language.SOLUTION: In an alarm system in which a plurality of alarm devices installed in a ceiling or wall in a building, and detecting a fire occurring in the building to output a fire alarm, a user terminal and a server device are connected via a network, the server device 30 has: a storage unit 302 that stores a plurality of alarm sound data indicative of an alarm sound of a plurality of languages; a display control unit 311 that causes the user terminal to display a screen to be used in selecting the language from the plurality of languages; and a transmission unit 313 that transmits to the alarm device the alarm sound data indicative of the alarm sound of the language selected by the operation of the user terminal using the screen, out of the plurality of alarm sound data stored in the storage unit 302. The alarm device has: a storge unit that stores the alarm sound data received from the server device 30; and a sound output unit that outputs the alarm sound indicated by the alarm sound data stored in the storage unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
