Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effect standardized correspondence at a monitor center by sending a speech message directly preferentially to transmission to a monitor device, and then sending information on an alarm, a notified emergency countermeasure organization name, a telephone number, etc., to the monitor center.
SOLUTION: A network control part 1 once supplied with an emergency alarm transmit start signal 22 closes a telephone line, reads the telephone number of the emergency correspondence organization corresponding to alarm information 26 out of an emergency notification destination information storage part 5, and automatically dials the telephone number to call the emergency correspondence organization and get ready for a telephone call, thereby sending a speech message generation signal 33 to a speech message generation part 7. Then the emergency correspondence organization is informed through the network control part 1. A transmit data editing part 2 edits information on the alarm, notified emergency correspondence organization name, telephone number, and completion of notification into transmit data to be sent to a monitor device installed at the monitor center. A guard information transmission and reception part 9 generates a network control actuation signal and sends the transmit data.
