Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a substance being completely safe to human body and having action capable of positively suppressing an alcoholic fat liver.
CONSTITUTION: The objective suppresser containing a hemicellulose obtained by removing starch, protein, etc., from corn wheat bran and extracting the residual part with an alkali and/or partially decomposed product of hemicellulose obtained by further treating the hemicellulose with xylanase as an active ingredient. When the alcoholic fat liver suppresser is taken in as a drink and food or medicine, alcoholic fat liver is suppressed even in drinking.
