To obtain the subject low-toxic new compound having excellent selective antagonism to NK2 receptor as a tachykinin receptor and useful as a preventive or therapeutic agent for, esp. asthma and/or bronchitis, allergy or the like.
This new compound (a salt, ester or other derivative thereof) is shown by formula I or formula II [R1 is a 3-7C cycloalkyl; R2 is a (hetero)aryl or the like; A is methylene, carbonyl or the like; B is a single bond or the like; D is oxygen or sulfur; G is a 1-4C alkylene or the like; L is N(R3) or C(R4)(R5) (R3 is the same as R2; R4 is H, an aryl or the like; R5 is a lower alkyl, amino or the like); R7 is a lower alkyl; Z is two hydrogens or oxygen; (n) is 0-2], e.g. 1-{2-[(2R)-(3,4-dichlorophenyl)-4-(cyclopropanecarbonyl)morpholin-2- yl]ethyl}-4-phenylpiperidine-4-carboxylic acid amide. The compound of formula I is synthesized from a compound of formula III as the starting material.
