【課題】高速かつ高精度で位置決めすることができるアライメントシステム、アライメント方法及びプログラムを提供する。【解決手段】アライメントシステム１は、識別対象を有するワーク１０を撮像する撮像装置３００と、撮像装置３００から取得したワーク１０の撮像画像から識別対象を検出する画像処理ユニット４００と、画像処理ユニット４００が検出した識別対象の実座標に基づいて、ワーク１０を移動させる駆動機器１１１，１１２，１１３を制御する動作制御ユニットと２００、を備える。画像処理ユニット４００は、過去に検出した識別対象の実座標に基づいて画像の転送範囲を決定し、転送範囲を指定した転送指示を撮像装置３００に対して行い、転送指示に基づいて撮像装置３００から転送された撮像画像から識別対象を検出する。【選択図】図１
