Title:
ALIPHATIC POLYESTER-BASED RESIN FOAMED PARTICLES HAVING BIODEGRADABILITY AND CROSS-LINKED STRUCTURE, FORMED PRODUCT AND PRODUCTION OF THE SAME PARTICLES
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3229978
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain aliphatic polyester-based resin foamed particles having a biodegradability and a small contraction rate on forming thereof, and a formed product thereof, and to provide a method for producing cross-linked aliphatic polyester-based resin foamed particles.
SOLUTION: This method for producing alphatic polyester-based resin foamed particles having a biodegradability and a cross-linked structure comprises a process for obtaining cross-linked resin particles having at least 5% gel fraction by cross-linking non-cross-linked aliphatic polyester-based resin particles having the biodegradability by using an organic peroxide or an organic peroxide with a compound having at least 2 unsaturated bonds, and a process for blowing the cross-linked resin particles to make foamed particles.
