Abstract:
To provide an aliphatic polyester fiber having excellent smoothness, abrasion resistance, sizing ability and antistaticity in processing and exhibiting excellent unwindability from a bobbin or cheese in winding and drawing processes, false-twisting processability, weaving and knitting properties, etc.
The aliphatic polyester fiber is composed of an aliphatic polyester having a melting point of ≥130°C, has a fiber-metal dynamic friction coefficient of 0.3-0.45 and is coated with 0.2-3.0 wt.% oil agent compounded with 55-75 wt.% smoothing agent component and 20-40 wt.% emulsifier component.
