Abstract:
To provide an all roller hearth type heat treatment furnace, by adopting a carrier roller means as a carrier means in a cooling chamber, preventing the scratches of the object to be heat-treated caused by the shrinkage owing to the cooling of the object to be heat-treated as the strong point thereof and activating a point of facilitating the adjustment of carrier speed and, on the other hand, improving the oxidation, discoloration or the like in the surface of the object to be heat-treated in a cooling chamber easy to be generated owing to the large volume of a carrier chamber as the short point thereof.SOLUTION: A carrier chamber 33 of a cooling chamber 7 comprises a roller lower space 45 provided with a carrier roller means 19 at the lower part and a roller upper space 46 at the upper part of the carrier roller means 19. The roller lower space 45 is provided so as to be erected from the bottom side 38 of the carrier chamber 33 and is divided by partition plates 60 made of heat conduction material lower than the height of the tip part 21 of rollers 20, and a lower cooling water passage 34 is provided via the bottom wall 38 made of heat conduction material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
