Abstract:

To provide an all silicon quantum computing element, its manufacturing method and an all silicon quantum computer using it capable of providing a number of qufits much more than a present NMR quantum computer without requiring detection of a single spin or extensive progress of a fine machining technique.

The all silicon quantum computing element is provided with a silicon terrace 6 in a 28Si isotope wafer not having a nuclear spin, a bridge 3 having an atom chain of linearly grown 29Si in a step 7 of the terrace 6, a cap layer of 28Si to be grown, and a ferromagnetic micro magnet (a magnet) deposited in correspondence to the bridge 3.
