To provide a fully solid electric storage element, in which the thickness of an electrolyte layer between electrodes can be reduced while increasing the contact area of the electrodes with electrolyte.
The electric storage element comprises one or two or more units including a positive electrode having a positive electrode active material, a negative electrode having a negative electrode active material, a solid electrolyte interposed between the positive electrode and the negative electrode in contact thereto. The solid electrolyte in at least one of the units has a zigzag or alternate arrangement structure composed of at least part of the positive electrode and at least part of the negative electrode.
