Abstract:
To provide an all-solid-state rechargeable battery capable of suppressing exothermic reaction even in an environment having high temperature such as 200°C or higher.SOLUTION: An all-solid-state rechargeable battery includes: a positive electrode layer; a negative electrode layer; and a solid electrolyte layer between the positive electrode layer and the negative electrode layer. The positive electrode layer includes a plate-shaped positive electrode current collector, and a positive electrode active material layer on the positive electrode current collector. The positive electrode layer includes an endothermic material that absorbs heat by a decomposition reaction. The content of the endothermic material in the positive electrode layer is in the range from 1 pt.mass to 30 pts.mass inclusive, based on 100 pts.mass corresponding to the total mass of the positive electrode active material layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
