PURPOSE: To provide an all-weather sheet easily installed and capable of being utilized for a rain shelter or a sunshade by providing a tube feeding/discharging the gas to a gas-filled waterproof sheet waterproof-processed on the surface and provided with a gas sealing chamber inside, and providing hooking means at end sections of the sheet.

CONSTITUTION: The desired number of gas-sealed waterproof sheets 1 are vertically and horizontally connected, then hooking wires 3 are hooked on anchors 5 provided on the floor face with stop sections 4. When the gas having the specific gravity lighter than that of air is filled through a feed/discharge port 7, the gas-filled waterproof sheets 1 are floated to stretch the hooking wires 3. When the filling of a preset quantity of the gas is completed, the feed/ discharge port 7 is closed with a plug 8, and the plug 8 is connected to the anchor 5. No stanchion is required, and the waterproof sheets 1 can be installed with no fitting work at a high position.
