In an all-wheel drive carrier constituted so as to transmit a drive torque from one prime motor to all wheels through a transmission, the carrier comprises the output gear 26 of a transmission 32, a cage 10 fixed to the gear 26, a cam follower 12 integrally rotatable with the case 10 and axially slidable, a pair of face cams 14a, 14b set on the side surface side of the cam follower 12 in such a manner as to be engageable and disenageable, and a disc spring working a force so as to press the face cams 14a, 14b to the cam follower 12.
