PURPOSE: To precisely and easily calculate the allocation time of each process in a sewing factory in consideration of the skill level of allocated workers, the difficulty of each process, and the type of the device used.

CONSTITUTION: When workers are allocated to each process to manufacture sewn objects in a sewing factory, the personal skill level rank is determined according to the rank of the machine type group used by the allocated workers for each process, the skill level coefficient is determined from the personal skill level rank and the process rank, then the process time is multiplied by the determined skill level coefficient to calculate the allocation time.
