Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a high Si-containing plated steel sheet for hot stamping capable of suppressing occurrence of non-plating while maintaining high joining strength at a welding part when using a galvanized steel sheet containing high Si content of 0.7% or more for hot stamping applications.SOLUTION: There is provided a method of manufacturing a galvanized steel sheet for hot stamping by annealing a hot-rolled pickled steel sheet or a cold rolled steel sheet containing C:0.10 to 0.5% (here and hereinafter, meaning mass%), Si:0.7 to 2.5%, Mn:1.0 to 3%, and Al:0.01 to 0.5%, in a reducing atmosphere, and then, plating the resultant steel sheet. The annealing is conducted for 30 to 270 seconds in a temperature range of 500 to 700°C.
