Abstract:

NEW MATERIAL:A compound shown by formula I [Het is bicyclic condensed heterocyclic ring consisting of 5- W 6-membered hetrocyclic ring containing 2W3 hetero atoms selected from N, S and O and benzene ring; R1 is lower alkyl or aralkyl; R2 is lower alkyl, alkenyl, aryl, etc.) and a salt thereof.

EXAMPLE: trans-N-(7-Benzothiazolylmethyl)-N-methyl-3-phenyl-2-propenylamine.

USE: An antibacterial agent.

PREPARATION: An amine derivative shown by formula II or a salt thereof is reacted with a compound shown by formula III (X1 is eliminable group) in the presence of a base (e.g. NaHCO3) in a solvent such as an alcohol, THF, etc., at 0°CWthe boiling point of the solvent to give a compound shown by formula I.
