Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alongside pier device for a floating pier and its actuating method through which a floating pier to be connected to an opposite shore by floating it on the water surface can be constructed easily and inexpensively in simple formation, and the step board surface of an alongside pier body for carrying out guide toward a pier body according to the variation of a water level can be always followed.
SOLUTION: One end of an alongside pier body 2 is connected to shores (b), (c), and another end is connected to the outer end of a pier body 1, and the alongside pier body 2 is provided with a floating body 3 to follow the pierbody 2 according to the variation of the water level of the water surface, and a plurality of operation bodies 4 is rotatably attached to the pier body 2 through an attaching shaft, and a frame body 5 is journalled to one side of the operation body 4, and a step board 6 is severally attached to the other side of the operation body, and a actuating lever 7 to be rotated along a fixed angle copying member 20 by a rotary shaft 17 is attached to the pier body 2. A frame body and an actuating lever are provided with a transmission means 8 to move the frame body by the rotation of the actuating lever.
