Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a new a-hydroxyfatty acid ester having action for preventing aging of body or skin, remarkably improved in freedom of compounding and administration and usable as one ingredient for medicines, cosmetic, etc., by subjecting Pluteus atricapillus t6 extractive separation.
CONSTITUTION: A crushed material of Pluteus atricapillus is immersed in a chloroform-methanol mixed solution (2:1 volume ratio) at ambient temperature for 7 days and filtered to collect a filtrate and a solvent is distilled away from the filtrate under reduced pressure at ≤40°C to separate a candy-like extract and the extract is suspended in n-hexane and stirred and an insoluble matter is filtered to collect a filtrate. The filtrate is concentrated under reduced pressure to afford an extract, which is then suspended in acetone and stirred and an insoluble matter is filtered to collect a filtrate and the filtrate is concentrated under reduced pressure and the extract is purified by silica get column chromatography to provide the objective α-hydroxyfatty acid ester expressed by the formula [16≤(n+k)≤25; 12≤(l)≤21; (m)=13 or 15] and having aging preventing action and used as one ingredient of medicines and cosmetics.
