Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alternative cone crusher wear liner having a projection part which enables an enhancement in work hardening of the wear liner.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a cone crusher wear liner that crushes a material (5) such as ore or stone, where the cone crusher wear liner comprises: a fixed bauru liner (10) that is a downward curved element having a double open end, enables upward supply of the material (5), and has an inner peripheral crushing face (14) having a plurality of crush projections (30); and a swiveling mantle liner (20) that is a downward curved element having a double open end, swivels on the axis line with an offset angle, and enables the material (5) in a preset gap (15) to be crushed into smaller parts by the plurality of crush projections.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1-A
