Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy bus bar where a bent part is formed by the bending work of an aluminum alloy strip in a surface without once cutting the strip to an irregular blank.SOLUTION: In an aluminum alloy bus bar 1 being made of an aluminum alloy strip having specific plate thickness t, plate width B and conductivity and having a bent part formed by the bending work of the strip in a surface: the bent part has a circular arc shape having a specific relationship between a curvature radius R(mm) of a bent part inside, a plate width B of the strip and a bent angle θ in a plan view of the bent part; and the maximum increase rate of the plate thickness of the inside of the bent part 6 and the maximum reduction rate of the plate thickness of the outside of the bent part 6 are regulated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
