Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy clad plate for a structural member and an aluminum alloy clad structural member simultaneously having high strength and high molding properties (high ductility), with excellent BH performance, capable of obtaining necessary high strength even by an artificial aging treatment at high temperature and in a short time.SOLUTION: An aluminum alloy clad plate includes a plurality of aluminum alloy layers laminated by 5-15 layers, with a total thickness of 1-5 mm. The Al alloy clad plate includes, as a constitution after diffusion heat treatment, a mutual diffusion region in which Mg and Zn in the laminated aluminum alloy layers are diffused with each other. A deposition measured by an X-ray small angle scattering method as in figure 1 has an inertial radius Rg of 0.3-2.0 nm and a scattering intensity I0[Mg] of 1000-5000.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
