To buckle both webs to the outside or the inside when an aluminum alloy extruded material is pressed and crushed by a press in the vertical direction to a flange face in the aluminum alloy extruded material for a door beam constructed of a pair of parallel flanges 1 and 2 and a pair of webs 3 and 4 connecting them together.
In a cross section vertical to the extruding direction, a width directional center point 5 in the height directional central part of the web 3 is positioned on the outside of a straight line 11 connecting width directional center points 7 and 9 together in the connection parts between the web 3 and the both flanges 1 and 2. The width directional center point 6 in the height directional central part of the web 4 is positioned on the outside beyond the straight line 12 connecting the width directional center points 8 and 10 together in the connection parts between the web 4 and the both flanges 1 and 2. In this way, the both webs are buckled outside when they are pressed down. Contrarily, the both webs are buckled inside when both of the center points 5 and 6 are positioned on the inside of the straight lines 11 and 12.
