Abstract:
To provide an aluminum alloy extruded tube for a heat exchanger for an automobile which bonds a fin and a tube without reducing tube thickness when brazing, is excellent in brazing performance, rarely causes the fin to fall off during a long period, and has excellent corrosion resistance by corrosion prevention by the fin.SOLUTION: An aluminum alloy extruded tube for a heat exchanger is an extruded tube made of aluminum alloy used for a heat exchanger for an automobile and has: a tube body composed of aluminum alloy containing Mn; and a coating film formed on the surface of the tube body. The coating film contains Al-Si alloy brazing material powder, Zn-free fluoride-based flux powder and a binder. In a heating test which holds at 600°C±10°C for three minutes and measures average crystal grain diameter after cooling down to room temperature, the average crystal grain diameter of the tube body after the heating test is 150 μm or larger.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
