Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum dissolution holding device having favorable maintenance performance.SOLUTION: An aluminum dissolution holding device (10) comprises transport means (1, 2), heating means (3), rolling means (4), a holding furnace (7) and collection means (6). The transport means (1, 2) transports an ingot (IG1) which is composed of a material containing aluminum as a main component. The heating means (3) heats the ingot (IG1) which is transported by the transport means (1, 2). The rolling means (4) rolls the ingot (IG1) which is heated by the heating means (3), and brought into a semi-molten state. The holding furnace (7) holds a molten metal (M2) which is rolled by the rolling means (4), and pushed out of the inside of the ingot (IG1). The collection means (6) collects a shell (SH1) of the ingot (IG1) from which the molten metal (M2) is pushed out from the transport means (1, 2).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
