Abstract:

PURPOSE: To attain an aluminum formation foil which resists electric pulse by providing a specific aluminum crystal plane whose relative strength to a specific crystal plane of aluminum is in a specific range.
CONSTITUTION: This aluminum formation foil has aluminum crystal planes (111) and (220) whose relative strength to a crystal plane (200) of aluminum is 10 to 60%. The aluminum crystal formation planes (111) and (220) are provided by forming an aluminum formation foil to an aimed shape, by immersing and leaving it in ester organic solvent and thereafter by drying and removing the solvent. As for the ester organic solvent to be used, higher fatty acid ester, aromatic carboxylic acid ester, etc., are mentioned. As for a method for the immersing and leaving, a method to immerse an aluminum formation foil gradually in organic solvent in a vertical direction is mentioned. Since a plurality and a specified amount of aluminum crystal surfaces of an aluminum formation foil exist, resistance to electric pulse is improved.
