Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To melt an aluminum material in a state preventing the formation of an oxide film as much as possible and improving thermal energy efficiency while minimizing and simplifying the apparatus itself.SOLUTION: A superheated steam generating part including a lid case for airtightly closing an upper opening of a crucible and a fluid heating pipe supported by the lid case forms a unit attachable to and detachable from the crucible. The fluid heating pipe includes: first and second feeding points respectively provided in first and second ends; a water introduction port provided in one of the first and second ends to receive steam or misty water supplied from a water supply part; and one or more steam discharge ports provided in an intermediate region between the first and second ends so as to be located in a melting space formed by the lid case and the crucible to discharge superheated steam generated by being heated according to voltage application to the first and second feeding points.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
