Abstract:
To provide an aluminum structure in which an aluminum structure and an aluminum alloy casting can be integrally joined as a lightweight structure without complicating a process, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: An aluminum structure 100 comprises: a first aluminum structure 11 made of a first aluminum expansile material; and a second aluminum structure 17 integrated with the first aluminum structure 11 so as to be interposed therewith and composed of a second aluminum expansile material 13 and an aluminum alloy casting 15. The second aluminum structure 17 is cast in a state where at least one side of the second aluminum expansile material 13 is exposed from the aluminum alloy casting 15. The first aluminum structure 11 is superimposed with the second aluminum structure 17 so as to be confronted with the exposed face of the second aluminum expansile material 13, and a nugget by spot welding is formed in a space with the second aluminum expansile material 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
