Abstract:
To provide an aluminum thin die-casting member made of pure aluminum having high heat conductivity or an aluminum alloy including a little amount of chemical elements other than aluminum, and having a thin shape with little inclination and great height, so that it is lightweight and has excellent heat radiation performance and is suitably used for heat sinks and the like, and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: A die-casting member is made of pure aluminum or an aluminum alloy containing 97 mass% or more of aluminum and has a fin shape, wherein a tip thickness of the thin shape is 1 mm or less, its height is 20 mm or more to 70 mm or less, and its inclination is 1° or less.
