Abstract:

NEW MATERIAL:A compound expressed by formula I (R is H or formula II; X is halogen; m and n are 3 or 4; p is 0 or 1; q is 1 or 2) or salt thereof.

USE: A glutamic acid receptor inhibitor.

EXAMPLE: A compound expressed by formula III or salt thereof is reacted with a halogenating agent (e.g., F2 or alkali perhalate) in a solvent, such as methanol or dichloromethane, in an inert gas atmosphere (e.g., argon or nitrogen) at 0W50°C for 1minW3hr to afford the aimed compound expressed by formula I.
