CONSTITUTION: A compound of formula I [R1 and R2 are H, a 1 to 4C alkyl, 4 a 1 to 4C alkoxy, a 2 to 5C acyl, a halogen, NO2, benzoyl, COOR4 (R4 is a 1 to 3C alkyl); A is a single bond or formula II (R5 and R6 are H, a 1 to 4C alkyl); R3 is formula III or formula IV (R7 and R8 are H, a phenyl whrch may be substituted, a 7 to 10C phenylalkyl which may be substituted, a 1 to 10C alkyl, a 2 to 10C alkenyl having one to three double bonds, a 2 to 10C alkynyl having one to three triple bonds, a 3 to 7C cycloalkyl, etc.; R9 is H, a 1 to 8C alkyl, a 7 to 10C phenylalkyl, a 2 to 10C alkenyl having one to three double bonds, etc.)] or its acid adduct salt, e.g. p-(p-amidinophenoxycarbonyl)-α- methylcinnamiq acid-N-2-ethoxycarbonylethyl-N-3-methoxypropylamide.
