Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a molding material obtained by compounding an amino resin, a filler and a foaming agent, and moldable by filling the necessary minimum amount of the material in the mold thereby preventing the formation of burr and reducing the material loss.
CONSTITUTION: An amino resin selected from urea resin and melamine resin is compounded with a filler and a foaming agent. The foaming agent is a microencapsulated agent containing a low-boiling hydrocarbon (preferably collapsing at 120W160°C to generate butane gas, etc.), and its amount is 0.1W30wt% based on the whole material.
