Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide the titled apparatus capable of effectively neutralizing a sulfuric acid component, constituted so as to inject ammonia from a plurality of nozzles of the nozzle main pipe provided to the downstream side of the guide vane of a gas mixer in such a manner that the injection amount of ammonia is made adjustable corresponding to the temp. of exhaust gas and the distribution of sulfuric acid.

CONSTITUTION: In the exhaust gas flue of a boiler, an ammonia injecting nozzle matrix pipe 10 having a plurality nozzles 11 is provided to the downstream side of the gas mixer 9 provided between an air heater and a dust collector so as to open said nozzles in close vicinity to the outlet part of said gas mixer 9. The above-mentioned nozzle matrix pipe 10 is positioned on the air guide line 18 which is almost present on the extended line from the flow line of the guide vane of the gas mixer 9 and the above- mentioned nozzles 11 are arranged in a zigzag pattern so as to be alternately swung left and right at small angles α°, β° with respect to the air guide line 18. In addition, the above-mentioned nozzles 11 are constituted so as to make the injection amount of ammonia adjustable corresponding to the temp. of exhaust gas and the distribution of a sulfuric acid component at every position thereof to enable the proper setting of the ammonia injection amount.
