An AMPK activator comprises dimeric to octameric proanthocyanidin as an active ingredient. A GLUT4 activator comprises proanthocyanidin as an active ingredient. An antidiabetic agent, an anti-obesity agent, a visceral fat reducing agent or a visceral fat accumulation inhibitor each comprises these drugs. The food and drink contain these medical drugs.
