Abstract:
To provide an amplitude limiting circuit that limits any digital signal to a desired amplitude, even if a sampling rate is converted at a following stage, and to provide a digital processing apparatus with the circuit.
The amplitude limiting circuit 100 has a limiter 12 which limits a digital signal to a desired amplitude value, a sampling rate converter 11 which is connected to the input side of the limiter 12 and converts the sampling rate of the digital signal, and a sampling rate converter 13 which is connected to the output side of the limiter 12 and converts the sampling rate of the digital signal. The digital processing apparatus 301 has the amplitude limiting circuit 100 and a digital circuit 200.
