This ampoule is a synthetic resin ampoule for sealing in the liquid medicine for syringe. The ampoule is composed of the container-shaped ampoule body 1 of the ampoule configured by forming a plurality of layers of inner layer films 3 releasable from an outer layer part 2 on the inner face of the outer layer part 2 and a stopper part 7 attached by sealing a port part 4 of the ampoule body 1 of the ampoule. The outer layer part 2 is bored with air holes 5 for introducing external air between the inner layer films 3 and the outer layer part 2 and the stopper part 7 is formed with a connection part 8 for connecting the top end of the injection cylinder of the syringe while having a sealed structure.
