On the support paper 1, the valley-folding lines 2 and the mountain-folding lines 3 are alternately formed in parallel in the lateral direction by separating them with the specified interval. For an amulet pasting section 4, first four characters of the sutra of Shingon sect of Buddhism "Namudaishi" are vertically written on the first amulet pasting section 41 from the front cover 6 side. To the second amulet pasting section 42, a paper on which the image of Kobo Daishi is shown is pasted. For the bonding, a transparent adhesive made of a thermoplastic synthetic resin is used, and the bonding by heat-press-bonding is performed.
