PURPOSE: To shorten an acceptance required time and to eliminate a request mistake, by inputting the name of a disease to an examination accepting part to convert the same to examination items necessary for said name of the disease.

CONSTITUTION: When the name of a disease is inputted to an examination accepting part 1, an examination item converting part 2 converts the name of the disease to examination items necessary therefor and discriminates between the automatically examinable items and automatically non-examinable items of said examination items and a work sheet is issued from a work sheet part 5 with respect to the automatically non-examinable items and an examiner performs examination on the basis of said sheet. As a result, since necessary examination items are examined by the measuring part 3 and the examiner only by inputting the same of the disease to the accepting part 1, the time required in acceptance is shortened and, since only the name of the disease is written-in, a request mistake is eliminated.
