To provide a biocomponent extraction cartridge and a biocomponent analysis apparatus for using the cartridge improved in storage stability and having few analytical errors.
The biocomponent analysis apparatus 1 is composed of the biocomponent extraction cartridge 11, an analysis unit 15 holding the biocomponent extraction cartridge 11 detachably, and a sensor member 19 mounted to the biocomponent extraction cartridge 11. The biocomponent extraction cartridge 11 is provided with a resin cartridge body 12, a glucose extraction electrode 13 (an oblique line section) and a sealing membrane, and detachably fixed to the analysis unit 15 through a mounting hole 29. Enzyme reacting with glucose is applied to the lower face of the sensor member 19. A stored substance is stored in a liquid storage part 25 and transferred to a reaction part 30 through a passage 23 at the start of an analysis to start extracting glucose, and the extracted glucose reacts with enzyme.
