PURPOSE: To obtain an analysis device which can detect that an amount of remaining reagent is slight before the reagent actually runs out and then prevent data abnormality due to an intermittent drop of a reagent.

CONSTITUTION: A reaction tube 2 where a detection liquid is housed is placed on a circumference C and is transported to a position where a reagent is dispensed intermittently. A suction tube 6 for sucking each reagent is dipped into a reagent within a reagent container 4. Two electrode wires 16 which are shown by dotted lines are provided at a tip of this suction tube 6. An oil-level detector 18 allows current to flow to two electrode wires 16 at each reagent container 4 and the oil level to be detected depending on whether both conduct or not. A suction port of the suction tube 6 is located at a position which is lower than a contact with a proper distance from the contact at a lower edge of the electrode wires 16. Therefore, when two electrode wires 16 do not conduct any more, the reagent still exists within the reagent container 4. This container 4 is displayed at a display device 16.
