Abstract:

To provide a method of analyzing metallic nanoparticles obtained by a liquid phase method, as well as, removing adhered protection ligands and preventing oxidation.

A refining process including precipitation of the metallic nanoparticles by addition of alcohol to colloidal solution where the metallic nanoparticles containing base metal to which protection ligand adheres are dispersed, and redispersion of the obtained precipitate to a dispersion medium is performed twice or more under an oxygen-vulnerable atmosphere; and a sample for analysis is prepared under an oxyg-vulnerable atmosphere from the refined colloidal solution obtained.
