PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique that detects a cell with low communication quality by using information obtained from a radio base station and further identifies or estimates causes of low quality.SOLUTION: An analysis system obtains statistical information on a communication quality index of a radio base station and a call log related to connection of the radio base station, detects a low quality cell using the statistical information, and identifies low quality causes of the low quality cell by using any one or both of the statistical information and the call log.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
