PURPOSE: To obtain an analytical element for inspecting and correcting measurements and having a reliable function of labeled bonding partner.
CONSTITUTION: The analytic element comprises an analyte-specific bonding partner and a labeled bonding partner composed of a porous carrier material of chromatograph having two detection zones 3, 6 and an absorption zone 4 provided on the detection zone 3, 6 side while being spaced apart from a reaction zone 2 and existing in a plurality of fusible sections disposed closely to the reaction zone 2 with touching. Each detection zone 3, 6 has contains a fixed bonding reagent for a bonding partner existing in the reaction zone 2 and at least one detection zone 3 has contains a bonding reagent for an analyte- specific unlabeled bonding partner. An analytical element is employed wherein the detection zones 3, 6 are arranged around the reaction zone 2 so that all detection zones are contiguous to the reaction zone 2.
