Abstract:
To accurately quantify impurities contained in organic compound-containing metal powders by quickly decomposing the organic compound-containing metal powders.SOLUTION: An analytical method for organic compound containing metal powders has: a preparation step of preparing an organic compound-containing metal powders containing impurities containing sulphur; a mixing step of mixing acid aqueous solution and hydrogen peroxide with the organic compound-containing metal powders to form mixed solution; a standing step of dissolving a part of the organic compound-containing metal powders while dissolving sulphur in the mixed solution by hydrogen peroxide by leaving the mixed solution in an open state until no gas is generated as the organic compound-containing metal powders are dissolved; a heating step of dissolving a remaining part of the organic compound-containing metal powders by heating the mixed solution after the standing step at 200°C or more in a sealed state so as to form a sample solution; and a quantification step of quantifying impurities contained in the sample solution.SELECTED DRAWING: None
