To provide an analytical system for analyzing a residual chemical substance in an agricultural product capable of automating a series of operations for removal of a contaminant and measurement of the residual chemical substance so as to eliminate a personal error caused by measuring persons and to provide an accurate value in a short time, when analyzing the residual chemical substance in the agricultural product.
This system includes a spectroscopic measuring means for measuring spectrometrically a sample liquid extracted by an organic solvent after chipping and uniformizing the agricultural product, a computing means for recognizing a contaminant component in the sample liquid based on a measured value by the spectroscopic measuring means, for computing a concentration thereof, and for assigning a solid phase cartridge for adsorption-removing the contaminant component in the sample liquid, an adsorption means for passing the sample liquid through the assigned solid phase cartridge to remove the contaminant component, and a gas chromatographic analytical measuring means for analyzing the sample liquid flowing out of the cartridge by a gas chromatography or a liquid chromatography.
