In the processes for performing an amplification reaction based on nucleic acids, the processes include: (a) in the separating station arranged in the first position on the treatment deck, the process of separating the target nucleic acid from other materials existing in the fluid sample; (b) in the amplification station arranged in the second position on the treatment deck, the process of incubating the separated target nucleic acid with one or more amplification reagents in the reaction receptor for a time and under conditions sufficient to amplify the target sequence included in the target nucleic acid; and (c) the process of transferring the reaction receptor including the separated target nucleic acid to the amplification station before the process (b).
