PURPOSE: To fix rigid vinyl sheets simply and firmly without screws, by turning their ends inside the projections of the holding frames and fixing them with pressing parts having U-shaped cross section.

CONSTITUTION: Holding frame 5 is horizontally fixed to holding pipe 2 through groove 9 containing the bolt head 7'. The holding frame 5 has the part for fixing the rigid vinyl sheet 10 and the other part for fixing flexible vinyl sheet 11 and its cross section is formed in U-shape. A double-side tacky tape is applied to the projection 15 of the part for fixing the rigid vinyl sheet 10 and the end of the rigid vinyl sheet 3 is turned up into the projection 15 and fixed with the pressing part 17 of U-shaped cross section. Further, the flexible vinyl sheet 4 for the skirt of the vinyl house are fixed with folded or zigzag wires 22 at the part 11 for fixing the flexible vinyl sheet.
