Abstract:
To provide an anesthesia assist program, an anesthesia assist device, an anesthesia assist system, and an anesthesia assist method for estimating the effect-site concentration of a muscle relaxant in consideration of an administration history.SOLUTION: An anesthesia assist device 1 comprises muscle relaxant concentration estimation means 101 which performs pharmacokinetic simulation based on the history of the administration amount of a muscle relaxant to a patient 6, to estimate with time the effect-site concentration of the muscle relaxant of the patient 6 and the amount of the muscle relaxant in blood and body tissues, and thereby estimates the temporal change of the effect-site concentration of the muscle relaxant of the patient 6 after the completion of administration of the muscle relaxant.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
