The starch (C6H10O5)n is made by photosynthesis in the plant, and exists as a starch grain. It is digested in our body and becomes the glucose to be taken into the body. Fructose C5H12O5 is contained a lot in honey and fruit, and sweetness is the strongest in saccharide. In other words, it is soft in the sweetness.
